Radiohead is by far my favorite band of all time, and I was wondering who else out there is addicted. So, those of you who are fans: what's your favorite Radiohead song/album and why?

The lead singer sings really weirdly. I can see why you like the band so much. :P

Aw, nobody seems to be interested in Radiohead. People disappoint me.

I'm not a big fan of them, but I like some tracks and would probably get into them more if I listened more. I do really like Thom's voice, and I like how emotional he can sound.

Thuy-My - you want a weird-sounding singer? Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins. God that guy has a strange voice.

I've never even heard of them. And I know I'll probably be burned at the stake for saying that.

Its not so much how his voice sounds, James. Its more of the way he sings. He is really good though. I like Radiohead from the few songs i've heard. I'm not a big fan though.

I like Smashing Pumpkins alot. I listen to them all the time.

Taylor, don't worry I didn't really know who Radiohead was till this year.

And yay for James spelling my name correctly.

I think that, for the most part, Thom uses his voice to perform the song perfectly. He really speaks the lyrics instead of just singing them, if you know what I mean. He doesn't agree, though; he's said that his voice sounds "too polite" for some of the more bitter and depraved lyrics.

Like he uses the right emotions? You could imagine him really saying it to someone??

Example: the way he sneers "say the right things/when electioneering" in "Electioneering," or the malevolent whispering in "Dollars and Cents." Listen to a few songs, and you'll see what I mean.

I'm in Atlanta right now and we have limited wireless connection, but I plan on it when I get back.

I could try and pick one of my favorite Radiohead songs, but I think that would be really hard. My favorite album is probably Kid A. Hail to the Thief is really good too. Whenever I don't know what to listen to I listen to Radiohead because I like them at any given moment.

The only album I have of theirs is The Bends. My, they're bizarre. I like the leadoff song, Planet Telex. And Street Spirit.
